One important part of a web promotion plan is submitting interesting, relevant articles to article directories. There are hundreds of free article directories, where you can place articles for free. In exchange for placing your article, you are allowed to include an author byline at the bottom of the article so that your reader can visit your website for more information
Article directories are great to give your ideas and websites exposure which should cause you to make more money. When you create a really good article, you are positioning yourself as an expert, so that interested customers can visit your website and hopefully purchase from you.
Even if you don’t consider yourself a writer, you can always hire a freelance writer to generate articles for your website promotion. The costs can range from $3 to 30 depending on the service you use, the quality and the length. And while that may seem expensive up front, the article should bring in more business, increase sales, and create profit, and more than pay for itself.
If you’re a massage therapist lets say, and you wrote an article about the best massage in your hometown. If you distribute that article across multiple article directories. It’s likely that your potential clients could run into your article, and decide to hire you based upon your expertise.
Also what you’ll find is that when your articles get purchased on multiple article directories, other website owners who have sites related to your own may find your article interesting and useful and decide to incorporate it into their website. Because they must maintain your author links, now you have the possibility to get traffic from their website as well.
Increasing numbers of blogs use articles from article directories as well. You’ll find that your articles get picked up by multiple blogs. And it only takes one blog with a ton of traffic to really increase the number of clients you can get as well.
Don’t just submit your article to one directory. Try to submit to dozens or hundreds, as each article directory is another potential source for traffic/customers/client. You will find that the more instances of your articles are out there, the more potential profit you can uncover.
While Article Markeitng may seem like hard work, it should pay off sooner rather than later. It can really help to increase the number of clients/customers you should get in no time at all.
