The Easiest Way to Create an E-Book
One of the easiest things to get started on with internet marketing is e-books If you just read the following ‘pointers’ you can be up and running compiling your own in no time. Of course if you aren’t a very accomplished writer you may want to employ someone to do the writing for you or just help out with other material.
The first thing to do research the topic for your e-book and write some articles and although this can be any subject, it is easier to write about something you are interested in that people are willing to buy the information you have. Why not start by writing a range of articles which will not only help you with your writing practice but they can be used to get interest in the book you are compiling. The articles can then be distributed to the popular article directories which will provide a good indication how successful the book could be by the number of people that read your work.
The overall structure can be a work in progress while the article content is being written. Books generally follow a familiar structure of: introduction, main subject content and a conclusion but it is becoming very common to see an additional section on resources. To help increase the number of sales it is often worth adding extra material.
Normally authors will write an article and then insert it into their e-book as this gives them an idea of how it will look when it is completed. If you want someone to actually read your e-book, it can’t be too long so keep it informative and around fifty pages in length. People do not like reading on compute screens so prefer to have shorter books that do not drift from the subject.
Most e-books contain extra or bonus information collected by the author; be on the look-out for this so you can provide some too. Your bonus material could include a small report (just write two or three additional articles), checklists, or add templates. Although one word of warning; make this content relevant to what the e-book is about.
